Our suite of 11 5-axis Mazak machine centres are capable of producing complex machined components ranging in size from 30mm to 2000mm.

We have a suite of 5 3-axis machining centres capable of producing standard machined components ranging in size from 20mm to 1000mm.

We have a purpose built turning cell to accommodate the manufacture of a wide range of components. Our suite of 9 turning centres allows us to be market leaders in the production of shafts, bushes, washers, bolts and pins.

Our cylindrical and centreless grinding cell allows us to produce close tolerance diameters.

Our three component measuring machines (CMM) enable us to ensure all machined components are checked in accordance with customer requirements.

Our fully-trained assembly team are fully qualified to assemble nut plates, click bonds, bearings, bushes, and gaskets to any machined parts.

Computerised Planning and Scheduling

Computerised Planning and Scheduling

Before entering the workshops, every stage of manufacture is planned using a bespoke MRP system. This system ensures on-time delivery and economic use of capacity. The computerised scheduling system includes material acquisition, machining operations, off site treatments, assembly and final inspection.

Every stage of manufacture is subject to documented quality assurance procedures and all components are subject to 100% final inspection, prior to dispatch.

Laser Marking & Engraving

Laser Marking & Engraving

Our Gravotech LW2 Laser Station is fully automated with a programmable door and Z-axis movement. It offers great versatility with no part weight restriction, meaning both small and large parts can be easily marked. The station has been designed for high volume production and intensive use. It can also be customised to accommodate extra large parts.
