Key Activities include: General Machining, CNC Turning and Milling, Cylindrical, Internal, Surface
and Centreless Grinding, Spinning in of Bearings, Retention of Bearings, Screw Thread by Rolling
and Cutting, Minor Mechanical Assemblies. We also specialise in the manufacture of machined
bolts, nuts, screws, shackle pins, pipe couplings, unions, adaptors and similar fasteners in AGS, AS
and BS specifications.
Regular product research and development has ensured our standards remain flawless and has
strengthened our competitiveness. Our engineering design office is utilising the latest versions of
CAD (Computer Aided Design) systems for the conceptional and detailed design of new
components. And on the management side, our recent investment of a bespoke Job Management
System called PTAS has given us the ability to deal with all key aspects of the business very
effectively, i.e. scheduling, capacity management, resource allocation, progress tracking, shopfloor
work tracking and financials.
