The company was formed in 1972 and was primarily located at Applegarth Works, Earby and was initially active in the commercial industry - servicing Marine, Textile, Medical and Printing machine manufacturers.

In 1986, following a gradual plan of growth, the company expanded by obtaining the premises of Fernbank Mill, Barnoldswick.

In the mid-eighties the company obtained British Aerospace Approval and have since been active as sub-contract suppliers to both Civil and Military Divisions.

We currently operate on a 2-shift system that enables us to offer approx. 3,500 hours capacity per month, all backed up by our fully integrated quality system.
