COMPUTERISED PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
Before entering the workshops, every stage of manufacture is planned using the bespoke Job Management System called PTAS (v.4). This system ensures on-time delivery and economic use of capacity. Also, PTAS's computerised scheduling system includes material acquisition, machining operations, off site treatments, assembly and final inspection.
COMPUTERISED PROGRESS MONITORING
Computerised monitoring of progress through the workshops is an integral part of our quality system and this is done using PTAS. Customer's enquiries about orders in progress, their delivery and available parts are answered with accurate and up to the minute information provided by the PTAS system.
